Applesauce Raisin Muffins
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups Splendra
- 1 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 cups wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 cups raisins
- Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, oil and applesauce and beat thoroughly.
- Add dry ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Stir in raisins.
- Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 cup full and sprinkle brown sugar on top of batter.
- Bake 350 for 15-20 min.
